DARK ONE

DARK ONE is Brandon Sanderson's graphic novel debut, adapted by Jackson Lanzing and Collin Kelly, with gorgeous artwork by Nathan Gooden and Kurt Michael Russell. DARK ONE is a cross-media project which includes a TV show in development by Random House Studios and Fremantle and an audio original tie-in series from Mainframe. With the DARK ONE graphic novel, readers will have a launchpad into an exciting, new universe from Brandon Sanderson that they won't want to miss.

Paul Tanasin is a young man who sees visions of strange and fantastic worlds. He initially believes they are hallucinations, however they turn out to be prophecies of a magical realm in which Paul is the Dark One, a tyrant destined to destroy the world and all the creatures that reside there. Caught between the pull of good and evil, Paul must decide whether he will choose to be a destroyer or a savior.

Fast-paced and tightly-plotted, DARK ONE highlights Brandon's expert worldbuilding through Vault's acclaimed crafting and artwork. DARK ONE has received high praise from Kirkus, Comics Beat, Comics Bookcase, and other acclaimed graphic novel reviewers. Volume #1 is 200 pages long and the series is planned to have three volumes in total. Series rights for DARK ONE Volumes #1-3 have sold in Poland.
