HOW TO FEEL LOVED
Get More of What Makes Life Worth Living
The world's preeminent experts on happiness and connection, approach the science of relationships from an entirely new perspective.
Truly feeling loved differs widely from the actions that we usually associate with loving, being loved, and falling in love. Feeling loved isn't about making ourselves appealing, available, and lovable, but rather understanding the tools necessary to showcase our raw, true and vulnerable selves to others.
The authors outline the five critical mindsets that allow us to feel loved in all the important relationships in our lives from romantic to familial to friendship. Their book presents a radical shift in how we think about love and orient our conversations with loved ones, showing readers how to deeply know those we love and become deeply known by them. Ultimately, this book will prove that feeling loved in the most meaningful ways is entirely within our grasp.
