INTIMATE AUDREY

Wendy Holden Sean Hepburn Ferrer

An Authorized Biography

A new, intimate, fully authorized biography of Audrey Hepburn by her son Sean Hepburn Ferrer with mostly never-before-seen personal photos throughout.
Now based out of Madrid, Sean Ferrer is Audrey's son, and the author of AUDREY HEPBURN: ELEGANT SPIRIT, which is something of a coffee table book that came out in 2003. This new biography promises a more intimate look at Audrey beyond her life on screen. People are attracted to the woman herself and this book, as you will see by the sample chapter, is about Audrey's personal life, her philosophy of life and how she lived that life away from the public eye something only those closest to her can reveal. For 40 years, Sean has worked in every aspect of the Entertainment industry and a series of nonprofits dedicated to continuing his mother's humanitarian legacy as a UNICEF ambassador. He is the author of the New York Times best seller Audrey Hepburn, An Elegant Spirit. Sean, together with his wife Karin with whom he not only shares his life but also his day to day business, distilled Audrey's rich life into this essential story in Little Audrey's Daydream. They split their time between Switzerland, Spain, and Florence, Italy, with their respective five children. Wendy Holden in addition to successful novels, has written dozens of memoirs and biographies, many of them bestsellers. She co-wrote Goldie Hawn's memoir, Barbara Sinatra's memoir, and Patricia Gucci's memoir, among many others. She also has a novel coming from Harper U.S. based upon a true character, The Teacher of Auschwitz, which seems to continually bring those who have read it to tears. Both Wendy Holden and Sean Hepburn Ferrer have committed to publicity for the book.
