This books really explains well how to fully get the benefits of intermittent system. It clearly shows you how to get yourself to the level of being able to do omad. Also teaches you how to continue beyond the four weeks. Clearly and concise with lots of information.

It doesn't matter how much science advances, the only chance of survival for our species on the planet is to radically question and subsequently change the way we eat. Intermittent fasting can be practiced in many ways, but the superior way is to let Nature dictate the rules. Fortunately, there are doctors than have tapped into this wisdom. Dr. Will Cole is heading this movement, and this book, Intuitive Fasting, is the perfect way to get you started.

A great resource for intermittent fasting. I've been curious, but afraid to try it on my own. Dr. Cole explains it in a way that seems much less intimidating!... I was so grateful that this includes a 4-week flexible fasting plan, as well as recipes and a meal plan.
