Kanban – More than a Slip of Paper

A recognizable benefit for the company The large number of Kanban systems on the market today is rather simply struc-tured implementations that do not reach further than the team level. Real benefits of Kanban systems and methods will only be gained when more than the personal effort is coordinated with a Kanban board. Only when more segments of the value adding chain interact with each other and are tied into the Kanban system will the company see a measurable benefit. For this it is always important that when im-plementing Kanban one must seek cooperation with the participants and avoid resistance
