LOVE IS THE ANSWER

Love Is The Answer tells the story of a grieving seventeen-year-old girl who falls in love with a young ecstasy dealer and DJ and embraces his lifestyle of raves, pills, and underground parties. Together they're like two wires completing an electrical circuit - with him she's lit up, happy and whole - away from him dead. But when he brutally betrays her, she is forced to confront the toxic river of anger they've both been trying so hard to avoid.

Ben Craib graduated from the Creative Writing MA: Scriptwriting at the University of East Anglia in 2009. For ten years he worked with young people across London directing and facilitating drama performances, helping boost speech and language and confidence abilities, working for Hampstead Theatre, The Almeida Theatre, The Half Moon Young People's Theatre and more. His play Teenage Love In Twisted Dreamland was a winner of Menagerie Theatre's SPARKS competition and he wrote The End Of Threedom Avenue which was performed by three youth theatres together across East London. He now lives in Brighton with his family and works as a ghost-writer.
