Meze are small and fresh dishes popular in the entire Middle East, the Mediterranean and the orien. Gabi Kopp has collected recipes on her travels in Libanon, Turkey, Cyprus and Greece. She looked into many pots and kitchen, met extraordinary people at their stoves and put her pencil to work to create a celebration to this common culture of diversity.
