The program, just as the book will be, is a hybrid approach to performance training that has seen thousands of executives, salespeople, professional and amateur athletes, and regular everyday people see remarkable success. It is rooted an a straight-forward and common-sensical approach to personal accountability, what Selk and Bartow call “an owner’s manual for doers. ” It will helps readers recognize and move past their performance roadblocks to achieve a more productive and satisfying life, no matter their career. From a marking standpoint, Selk and Bartow are a dynamic duo. Jason Selk has a successful platform as a pragmatic and inspiring coach for productivity and habit-formation. He’s the author of two successful books (10 Minute Toughness and Executive Toughness) which have sold 50,000 units across all formats. Tom Bartow is a former college basketball coach and protege of John Wooden and now a financial advisor with Edward Jones. Together, Selk and Bartow address their programs to over 400 individuals per year, and coach those individuals for a full year after their seminar. On his own, in 2014, Selk will address nearly 20,000 individuals through 46 keynote speeches with an average audience size of 400 (from 75 to 2,000). Bartow speaks independently to about 2,500 individuals in 10-15 annual keynotes to an average audience of about 200. These numbers are only increasing.
