I really enjoyed Admission, it blended an apocalyptic storyline, with survival, romance and a psychological teen thriller that is a brilliant start to what is set to be an incredible series... I was completely hooked from page one, and it didn’t disappoint. The storyline flows beautifully and to put it bluntly, screwed with my head. You know something is coming, you prepare for it, and then Barry Jonsberg completely surprises you and leaves you wanting more. The cliffhanger is simply evil. Kudos mister Jonsberg. This is one series that I can’t wait to continue.

I couldn’t put Pandora Jones down. With its twists and reversals, it kept me wanting to know more. I can’t wait for Book Two.

Jonsberg’s control of this world [The School] and maintenance of the authentic points of view of all the players are standouts in this novel. In any post-apocalyptic setting, the reader needs to feel what the protagonists are feeling and experiencing, with the same urgency and tension. The incompetent or evil adults are deftly drawn. The reader feels Pandora’s grief, confusion and determination, and the ending is the perfect heart-stopping lead into the second book in the series.
