PROJECT 1,2,3
A Daily Creativity Journal for Expressing Yourself in Lists of Three
Inspired by the Instagram project of the New York Times best-selling author Amy Krouse Rosenthal, this journal, written by Amy's daughter Paris, includes 365 prompts that help you quickly appreciate someone or something every day and express it in a list of three (for example, Things that Should Last Forever: 1. Time, 2. Luck, 3. People).
This prompted journal began as Amy Krouse Rosenthal's last creativity undertaking on Instagram, Project 1,2,3. For 123 days, Amy was going to come up with something new every day that can be expressed in a list of three. Amy made it to day 61 before she passed away, and Paris has since picked up where she left off. The format will be paper-over-board with a ribbon marker, smooth writing paper, and Amy Krouse Rosenthal's full-color illustrations throughout. This journal makes use of two big trends in stationery, fast journaling and list making. You don't have to start at the beginning of the year and you can skip around as you desire.
Amy Krouse Rosenthal is the author of beloved children's books and many of Potter's best-selling journals, including The Belly Book, Your Birthday Book, and The Bride-to-Be Book. While Amy Krouse Rosenthal has always had a devoted following, her March 2017 New York Times article "You May Want to Marry My Husband" went viral and Universal bought the movie rights. The children's book she wrote with Paris, Dear Girl, is now a New York Times best seller and the PROJECT 1, 2, 3 journal is sure to attract media attention. The original Project 1,2,3 on Instagram has already been covered on Today, Huffington Post, People, and Daily Mail.
Not only is this journal a beautiful love letter to Paris's mother, but it's also a powerful tool for framing your life in lists of threebringing more gratitude, creativity, and focus to your life.
