Skylar has the ambitious goal of creating the perfect romance app, and she thinks she's finally done it. To prove her app is the best, she plans on using it to win the Scholastic Exposition, the nerdiest academic competition around.

First, she'll need to assemble a good team. Setting up a romance between her teammates Joey and Zane seems like an excellent way to prove her app's worth. When things get off to an awkward start for them, Skylar finds herself stepping in to help manage their relationship. But then Skylar realizes she has feelings for Zane, which will only make everything more complicated. Can Skylar figure out her feelings, prove her app's potential, and win the academic competition without losing her friends - or is her path to greatness over before it begins?
