SUFFICIENCY THINKING

Sufficiency Thinking presents the innovative management practices used in Thailand, based on the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy (SEP), which have been developed and implemented by the Thai King.

This is a sustainability and resilience approach which has been applied across Thailand in business, government and community organisations over the past two decades. With chapters written by eminent Thai scholars, Sufficiency Thinking will cover all the different sectors in which SEP has been implemented; including agriculture, community development, government institutions, and business. GAYLE AVERY is Professor of Management at Macquarie Graduate School of Management. HARALD BERGSTEINER is an honorary professor at Australian Catholic University. They are founders of the Institute for Sustainable Leadership and authors of Honeybees and Locusts (Allen & Unwin, 2010).
