THE COLOR OF LOVE

Laura Jarrett Elisa Chavarri Poppy Harlow

A celebration of the many forms love takes.
If love were a color, what would it be?

Everyone in Ms. Clementine's class has a different answer, but Grace doesn't know how to pick just one color to represent love. Love could be blue like her favorite pair of shoes or yellow like the daffodils that grow in her neighborhood. As Grace and her classmates share what love looks like to them, they learn that love comes in many forms, together creating a beautiful patchwork.

CNN news anchor Poppy Harlow and NBC legal correspondent Laura Jarrett have created a warm-hearted tale that encourages young readers to celebrate the many meanings of love.

Poppy Harlow is a twice Emmy-nominated journalist who co-anchors CNN This Morning. She is the author of The Biggest Little Boy: A Christmas Story. Originally from Minnesota, she currently lives in Brooklyn, New York with her husband and two children, Sienna and Luca.
