THE CREEPS is the follow-up to the New York Times-bestselling Deep Dark Fears (Ten Speed Press, 2015; nearly 10k copies sold). Both books are inspired by Krause’s hugely popular web comic series, which brings to life both the author’s and his fan’s quirky, spooky, hilarious, and terrifying fears. Deep Dark Fear’s Facebook and Instagram accounts both have approx. 100k followers, 80% of which live outside the US and Canada with large fan bases in Turkey and Brazil in particular.

In THE CREEPS, Krause brings readers more creepy, funny, and idiosyncratic fears illustrated in comic form—such as the fear that your pets will tell other animals all your embarrassing secrets, or that customer service robots are actually out to get you and know where you live?as well as two longer comic short-stories about ghosts.
