The Filipendulous Five were the most famous explorer team that had ever been. Featured on the cover of TIME, praised by various world leaders, lauded wherever they went, the team was on a roll until their final fateful expedition into the Marianas Trench. No one knows what happened, except that the team disbanded and none were ever heard from again.

And that was the end of that. Until two kids came along.

The five book THE EXPLORERS CLUB series finds our heroes Sebastian and Evie working to rescue The Filipendulous Five’s leader, Alistair Drake, and uncovering the secret behind the team’s breaking up. To do so they must collect the remaining four team members. This leads our heroes through a series a dangerous and thrilling adventures.

Each of the first four books has it’s own mini-adventure focused on one particular explorer, and is full of daring and hilarity. The last book focuses on the rescue of Alistair Drake and finally the Filipendulous Five are back together.
