Unlock Your Power to Overcome Challenges, Soar, and Succeed

The Stuff is an inner fortitude possessed by all, and in their inspiring book, Sharlee Jeter and Sampson Davis (New York Times bestseling author of The Pact) discuss the 11 core practices many individuals have utilized to access their Stuff and overcome hardships and thrive.
The Stuff [noun]: The cultivateable inner fortitude used by people to overcome challenges, soar, and succeed.

Everyone has The Stuff. Some have just learned to harness it better.

For the past decade, both as professionals and in their personal lives, Sharlee Jeter and Dr. Sampson Davis have studied individuals of all ages and backgrounds who've shown remarkable courage and somehow been able to rise above the darkness when tragedy struck. They've taken stock of these extraordinary stories and deeply invested themselves in discovering what these people have in common, how each of them, no matter how painful and overwhelming their life experiences, have somehow not just soldiered on, but soared and even reached out to help others.

THE STUFF highlights eleven core practices that will help readers not only survive but thrive in spite of life's complexities, hurts, and disappointments. Through studying the psychologies and coping mechanisms of trauma survivors, people who have faced tremendous dangers and risks, and people who have overcome overwhelming odds, certain individuals have been able to navigate difficult times with uncanny resilience and unbelievable grace and strength. Each of the core practices is illustrated by specific stories of those individuals.
