THE WHOLE 30

The Official 30-Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom

IT STARTS WITH FOOD explained to readers the science behind their revolutionary nutrition and food philosophy. Now, THE WHOLE30 book will provide all the resources needed to embark on a Whole30 transformation, and a healthier life overall. It gets readers ready for the program in eight easy steps, previews a typical 30 days, teaches the basic meal preparation skills needed to succeed, and provides a month's worth of recipes designed to inspire the taste buds.
The program benefits have led hundreds of thousands of people to better health, effortless weight loss, and incredible improvements in sleep quality, energy, and mood, and many have also decreased or eliminated symptoms of lifestyle-related diseases and conditions. The program is designed to help break unhealthy patterns of behavior, stop stress-related comfort eating, and reduce cravings, particularly for sugar and carbohydrates. Finally, it’s possible to achieve what so many Whole30 participants have described as ''food freedom.”

Motivating and inspiring with just the right amount of Dallas and Melissa's signature tough love, THE WHOLE30features real-life success stories, answers to common questions, detailed elimination and reintroduction guidelines, and more than 100 recipes created by Chef Richard Branford using familiar ingredients, from simple one-pot meals to complete dinner party menus.

The Whole30 program has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, Nightline, Good Morning America and many others worldwide. The program has caught fire online, with 2.3 million page views in the past month alone. The Whole30 Facebook page has over 131,000 likes. The @Whole30 account on Instagram has more than 65,000 followers, with over 420,000 posts from users for the hashtag #Whole30, plus numbers nearly as high for the @Whole30Recipes account.
