Bella "Unfadeable" Fades is a young graffiti artist known for painting the walls and bridges in her city neighborhood. She plans to spend her summer break staying out of trouble and convincing community managers to fund a local arts program. But when she discovers that the money meant for the arts program is being used by rich corporations for nefarious purposes, she decides it's time to fight back. She'll have to learn to embrace her community and make connections with unlikely friends in order to save the arts program before it's too late.
