Dr. Brewer is the Director of Research and Innovation at the Mindfulness Center an associate professor in psychiatry at the School of Medicine and associate professor behavioral and social sciences at the School of Public Health at Brown University, as well as a research affiliate at MIT. He is the author of The Craving Mind (Yale University Press, 2017) and the developer of the Unwinding Anxiety app.
