Brette Warshaw studied European history and creative writing at the University of Pennsylvania. She then went on to pursue a career in food media, where she was managing editor at Food52 before becoming the managing editor, then the website editor, and then the Chief Operating Officer of the late food magazine Lucky Peach. Throughout her career, Brette has worked on a number of book projects, first on Genius Recipes at Food52 (published by Ten Speed Press) and then on 101 Easy Asian Recipes and Power Vegetables! at Lucky Peach (published by Clarkson Potter).
