He is the creator, editor, and publisher of the Eat This, Not That! book series, and has published such titles as Wheat Belly, Zero Belly Diet, and The Everygirl's Guide to Diet and Fitness. He is also the coauthor of Zero Sugar Diet, with David Zinczenko, and of Pretty Intense with Danica Patrick. Perrine is the co-creator and co-executive producer of Better Man, a nationally syndicated health and wellness TV show for men. The former editor-in-chief of Best Life and editorial creative director of Men's Health, he has appeared as a nutrition and weight-loss expert on a wide variety of programs including Dr. Oz, Today, Good Morning America, and the 700 Club.

A nutritionist and exercise scientist, HEIDI SKOLNIK has appeared widely on national TV including the Today Show, Live! She oversees Performance Nutrition at the School of American Ballet and The Julliard School, and sees clients at The Women's Sports Medicine Center at the Hospital for Special Surgery. She sits on the advisory board of the National Menopause Foundation and served as a board member for the National Osteoporosis Foundation for 10 years.
