YOU'RE GROUNDED

Swan Huntley

A Manifesto on Peing Present

This is an interactive companion to help you get your head out of the clouds and back on your shoulders.
Where are you right now? Are you here? Or are you sort of somewhere else?

Sometimes, our heads can be in completely different places than our bodies. Whether you're imagining a life free from the desperate urge check Instagram, or you're reliving an embarrassing moment from your past, chances are there's a lot of stuff you're missing in "the now." This interactive guide will help you figure out why your head keeps floating away, and how to reconnect with yourself and the world around you.

YOU'RE GROUNDED is an exploration on what it means to be present. Even when it's uncomfortable. Because the truth is that, if you try to notice the details of what's around you, you'll never float away again.
